Bathroom Remodeling
Schluter certified waterproofing under every tiled shower, from a full gut down to the studs to a vanity and fixture refresh.
Chapter 01
Waterproofing to the Schluter spec, not improvised on site
Most bathroom failures start under the tile, not on top of it. TLC is Schluter certified, so the waterproofing membrane, drain and shower pan go in to that system's own spec instead of being improvised with whatever is on the truck that day.
That certification is what makes a walk-in tiled shower or a full tile-to-ceiling wall a job we will stand behind for a full year, not just something that looks finished on install day.

Cost and how long it takes
A mid-range bathroom remodel with TLC typically runs $10,000 to $15,000, and high-end projects with a larger footprint or custom tile work can go past $25,000. Most bathroom projects run three to four weeks start to finish, including demolition, any plumbing or electrical that has to move, waterproofing, tile and the final fixtures.
Vacating the house is usually not necessary. It is only really required when the work goes structural, down to the studs, which happens on a full gut but is not the norm for a vanity, shower or fixture-level remodel.
Chapter 03
What a full remodel actually covers
A full bathroom remodel is the vanity, the shower or tub, the tile, the ventilation and the fixtures, all rebuilt to work together instead of patched around each other. Small jobs run through the same crew, a new door, a ceiling fan swap, a single-fixture replacement, without a separate visit or a different set of tradespeople.
One homeowner, Laura Nardin, has had TLC back for both: a total bathroom remodel first, then a return trip to replace an old ceiling fan and install a new bathroom door. Her review notes she was very happy with the results and that TLC gets the job done.
How the job runs
Every bathroom starts with a free 3D design, so you can see the finished shower, tile line and vanity placement before a single tile is ordered. The written estimate comes back within three days.
You work directly with Cory from the first walkthrough to the final punch list, and the work carries a one year labor warranty. If anything turns up once a wall is open, old plumbing, a hidden leak, framing that was never tied in right, you hear about it the same day with photos before it gets closed back up.
