Restoration
Storm, Water & Fire Restoration
Water, fire and storm damage, torn out, treated and rebuilt by the same crew, day or night, with no separate restoration company to bring in and coordinate.
Chapter 01
Damage does not wait for office hours
TLC's office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM seven days a week, and emergency service is available 24/7 for water, fire and smoke, and storm damage. That matters because the first hours after an AC unit leaks or a storm tears something open are usually what decides whether the damage stays contained or spreads.
Carmen Pence found that out directly. Her AC unit leaked and damaged the ceiling in her kitchen, and the water kept going, into her primary bedroom as well. Cory and his crew came out and, in her words, "finished it within a two week span."

Tear out, treat, rebuild, one crew
Once the bad material was torn out, TLC treated all possible mold before closing anything back up, rather than rebuilding over a problem that would resurface later. Pence describes them as "great to work with" and says she would highly recommend them.
That two-week turnaround covered two rooms and two trades' worth of damage, ceiling and structure in the kitchen, drywall and flooring in the bedroom, because the same crew handled demolition, mold treatment and the rebuild without waiting on a separate company for any of it.
Chapter 03
Storm and tree work often show up together
Storm restoration frequently comes with tree damage on the same property, so TLC also runs emergency tree services: tree removal, tree felling, pruning and trimming, stump grinding and land clearing. A tree through a roof or fence line is one call, not two separate contractors working around each other's schedule.
Fire and smoke restoration follows the same standard as water damage: affected material comes out, the structure gets treated and checked before anything closes back up, and the rebuild is priced and scheduled as part of the same job, not handed off once demolition is done.
How the job runs
Call (405) 335-6332 any time for an emergency, day or night. For non-emergency restoration work, the written estimate comes back within three days, and larger rebuilds start with a free 3D design so you can see the finished room before it goes back together.
You work directly with Cory from the first look to the final punch list, and the rebuild carries a one year labor warranty. If the damage turns out to be worse once material comes out, you hear about it the same day, with photos, before anything gets closed back up.
