What a roof and siding job is supposed to find
A tear-off and replacement, whether it is asphalt shingle, architectural shingle or metal roofing, opens the house up in a way a re-roof over old material never does. New construction roofing gets the same ventilation integration, ice and water barrier, and flashing and edge detail whether it is a brand new build or a full replacement, because those details are what actually keep water out, not the shingle brand.

What Cory's crew actually found on one job
Once the old siding was removed, they discovered there was no ZIP board underneath. That gets brought to the homeowner immediately and installed correctly rather than covered back over with new siding and left as a problem for later. On the same job, the crew noticed the gutters were not level and corrected that without being asked.
As the project continued, they identified a leak in the back porch roof and reshingled it, then found the back porch itself was not properly attached to the house, which had started damaging the fascia. All of it got repaired and secured. Tiffany's review credits Cory with keeping her informed every step of the way, explaining what they found, what needed to be done, and when to expect each phase, with the payment schedule laid out from the start and no surprises beyond what construction uncovered.
Chapter 03
Windows, doors and exterior painting run alongside the roof and siding
Window replacement and new exterior doors usually get planned into a siding job rather than scheduled separately, since the trim and flashing around each opening are already being touched. Home exterior painting is the same story: once siding is repaired and level, painting the whole exterior in one pass reads as one finished job instead of patched sections.
Storm damage roof replacement and gutter coordination follow the same standard as a planned tear-off: the roof deck gets checked, not just the shingles, and gutters get set level, not just reattached where they were.
How the job runs
Every exterior job starts with a free 3D design where that applies, and a written estimate that comes back within three days. You work directly with Cory from the first walkthrough to the final punch list, and the work carries a one year labor warranty.
If something turns up once the old siding or roofing comes off, a missing ZIP board, gutters out of level, a porch that was never tied in right, you hear about it the same day, with photos, before anything gets covered back up.
